李斯特菌嘅潛伏期可以去到6周，初期癥狀與流感類似，感染者會(huì)出現(xiàn)核突、屙、血或者腦組織感染等癥狀。可能含有李斯特菌啲嘢食包甜瓜、沙律冷盤、生海鮮同未殺菌嘅奶產(chǎn)品
