（3）體癬：主要侵犯皮膚角質(zhì)層，可引起輕度炎癥反應(yīng)。損害排列呈環(huán)形或同心環(huán)形，邊緣隆起呈堤狀，由鱗屑性丘疹組成。

（4）股癬：多侵犯股內(nèi)側(cè)呈扇形，邊緣隆起呈堤狀，由鱗屑狀丘疹組成。

（5）花斑癬：為圓形及卵圓形糠秕孢子菌引起，易侵犯頸、胸、背部，為圓形棕褐色或白色斑疹，表面附有緊密而薄的翻著細屑。

（6）疊瓦癬：見于熱帶及亞熱帶，為同心性毛癬菌引起，多見于軀干和四肢。寄生于皮膚角質(zhì)層，而形成同心圓形，或相互融合成蝸旋紋形。鱗屑特點為一端附著在表皮，另一端則游離而傾向中心。

5．螺旋體感染性疾病

（1）二期梅毒斑疹：在軀干常呈紅色玫瑰疹型斑疹，在手足掌心多為圓形紅斑，且無癥狀為其特點。軀干皮疹可有細糠狀屑。

（2）二期梅毒銀屑病樣鱗屑斑：損害大小不等色常深紅，表面有較厚銀白鱗屑蓋覆。

6．細菌反應(yīng)性皮膚病

（1）濕疹及接觸性皮炎。

（2）剝脫性皮炎。

7．結(jié)締組織病

（1）慢性盤狀紅斑狼瘡：盤狀紅斑狼瘡的紅斑損害上有黏著性鱗屑，成片狀較硬，蓋覆皮損表面。用力揭下則于其下面可見有地毯釘樣角化栓鑲嵌在毛囊口中，此為其特點。并可見表皮萎縮、毛細血管擴張、色素沉著。

（2）系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡：面部有蝶形紅斑，表面光滑，附有灰白色鱗屑。

（3）皮肌炎：于面部、上胸、四肢伸側(cè)可見對稱性水腫性紅斑，表面附有糠狀鱗屑。大關(guān)節(jié)伸側(cè)對稱性的紅斑、糠狀鱗屑性丘疹也為皮肌炎特征性皮疹之一。

8．急性發(fā)熱性皮膚部膜淋巴結(jié)綜合征

此病又名川崎病。好發(fā)于 5歲以下嬰幼兒。發(fā)病后3-5 天可見麻疹樣及猩紅熱樣皮疹。特點是病程第二周指趾末端甲周處，開始有膜狀脫屑，繼而全身脫屑為其特征。

9.丘疹鱗屑性皮膚病

（1）銀屑?。簽榧t斑鱗屑損害，分布頭皮，軀干四肢。其鱗屑覆蓋皮損面，呈銀白色云母狀成層脫落，為其特點。刮去鱗屑則出現(xiàn)光滑薄膜現(xiàn)象及出血點現(xiàn)象。病變部頭發(fā)呈束狀。

（2）福銀屑?。河悬c狀及斑塊狀兩種形態(tài)，表面有細薄鱗屑。

（3）玫瑰糠疹：為大小約2-5cm直徑的長橢圓形斑疹、紅色、其長軸與皮膚紋理走向*為其特點。鱗屑多為中心性，靠邊緣鱗屑少為其特點。

（4）毛發(fā)紅糠疹：是一種慢性鱗屑性炎癥性皮膚病。發(fā)病自頭部點干向下肢移行。頭皮常先有較厚的灰白色糠秕樣鱗屑，很快累及面部發(fā)生潮紅，有干性糠批屑、似脂溢性皮炎。
